About WRI
The
WRI was established in 1999 to honor the legacy of Senator
Walter Rand and his tireless efforts to increase resources
for Southern New Jersey. In addition to the diverse expertise
areas of WRI staff, the Institute utilizes the academic,
programmatic and facility resources of Rutgers University. WRI engages
public, government, non-profit and community stakeholders
in addressing regional challenges.
