Patricia Egan Jones
Camden County Surrogate

pejonesThe Honorable Patricia Egan Jones, former Camden County Freeholder, Chief of Staff to the late Senator Walter Rand, is currently serving as Camden County Surrogate.

She was Chair of the Committee to bring the Battleship New Jersey home to Camden and is currently its co-chair. She is also one of Rutgers Camden's top 50 graduates and a member of the Deans Advisory Council.


Jane Massey Licata, Esquire
Licata & Tyrrell

jmasseyJane Massey Licata has a strong technical background in biology and biochemistry having received her Ph.D. in 1978.

A practicing attorney since 1984, Dr. Licata has extensive experience in biotechnology patent prosecution practice and FDA regulatory compliance and approvals. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida, and is a registered patent attorney. Dr. Licata also teaches Patent Law at Rutgers School of Law.


Honorable Charles Rand
NJ Superior Court

crandHonorable Charles M. Rand, PJSC, the late Senator Walter Rand's son, is Presiding Judge of the Family Part, Camden County, and sits in Camden, New Jersey. Originally sworn in as a Superior Court Judge in 1992, he has also been Acting Assignment Judge in Camden County since 2007. Judge Rand was appointed Chair of the FD/FM Subcommittee of the Conference of Presiding Judges and served as a Municipal Court Judge in several Camden County Municipalities from 1978 through 1992. He is a former President of the Camden County Conference of Municipal Court Judges and has served as Chair of the Camden/Gloucester County Fee Arbitration Panel. Judge Rand has held every office, including President, of the Camden County Bar Association and is a frequent lecturer for the organization as well as for ATLA and ICLE. He also teaches the family portion of the ICLE Skills and Methods Course for newly-admitted attorneys.

Judge Rand received his B.A. from Rutgers University and his law degree from Rutgers School of Law-Camden.


Vincent P. Sarubbi, Esquire
Archer & Greiner

Vincent SarubbiVincent Sarubbi is a Partner in the firm’s Haddonfield Office. Before joining Archer & Greiner, he served as the Camden County Prosecutor from July 2002 to March 2006. While Prosecutor, Mr. Sarubbi oversaw the management, administration, and operation of the Camden Police Department. Prior to being named Prosecutor, Mr. Sarubbi was a partner for 14 years in the law firm of Sarubbi and Sarubbi in Audubon, N.J., where he gained extensive litigation experience in many areas of law. Mr. Sarubbi has also held a variety of public legal posts in towns throughout Camden County. He is also a board member on several local organizations. Mr. Sarubbi received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers in 1982. He is a 1987 graduate of the Delaware Law School of Widener University.


Jack Uris, C.P.A.
Parente Randolph, LLC

jurisMr. Uris' professional experience encompasses over thirty years in public accounting including ten years of audit and tax experience with a well-known international accounting firm. His background includes working with real estate clients, manufacturing, distribution, retail and service type businesses. Mr. Uris' field of expertise includes tax, financial, estate and business planning, litigation support services including bankruptcy and debt restructuring.
