Leonard
Rand Scholar
This scholarship is to
be awarded to full-time graduate students participating
in the programs of the Walter Rand Institute for Public
Affairs based upon academic merit and financial need.
This award may be given in conjunction with the Senator
Walter Rand Graduate Fellowship or may be awarded to
a Project Assistant and will typically range from $500
to $1500.
