Research and Evaluation
The Institute’s Research and Evaluation
activity offers a broad range of services related to public
administration, public policy and community development,
primarily concentrated on:
- Program Evaluation
- Community Assessment
- Outcome measures training and technical assistance
The Research and Evaluation staff have a diverse background
in social sciences, public health, social policy, local
government and not-for-profit administration. Services
provided include:
- Study design, proposal development and writing
- Data base development
- Quantitative and Qualitative data collection
- telephone, mail, and in-person surveys,
- existing records review,
- focus groups,
- key informant interviews and
- observational studies
- Data analysis, report writing
